It proves: that a real premises exists at the address, what the signage says, and what was observable from the exterior at a specific date and time. Most fraud dies here — fake addresses, residential "factories," vacant lots.
It doesn't prove: long-term operations, production capacity, financial health, or business legitimacy. It is not an interior factory audit or a quality-system inspection. Photos prove observation at a time and place — our reports say exactly that. For interior audits we coordinate licensed third-party QC firms at cost — ask us.
Fixed price. Paid before dispatch. If the address turns out to be unreachable or nonexistent, that's the finding — you still get the evidence.
Importers before a first wire transfer · trade-finance and KYC teams · anyone whose "factory" might be a trading company with a nice website.
Also used by KYB, credit, trade-finance, and risk teams that need address-reality evidence behind an existing onboarding or credit workflow.
