Who verifies your supplier matters.

Verification is only as good as the person reading the evidence. A registry extract is easy to pull; knowing which line of it should kill a deal takes years of sitting on the buyer's side of the table.

The founder

Golden Relay was founded by a procurement professional who spent his career on the buying side of cross-border trade:

That combination — a procurement head's judgment and an auditor's discipline — is the product. The reports are what it looks like on paper. And that judgment is encoded into fixed checklists, evidence labels, report templates, and review rules — so the output stays consistent case by case, not just when the founder is looking.

The ground team

Desktop research happens in English; verification happens in Chinese, on the ground. Our China-based field verification network executes registry pulls in the original systems, talks to suppliers in their own language, and puts eyes on addresses within 48 hours. Suppliers behave differently when they learn — mid-conversation, in Mandarin — that the buyer's representative reads Chinese registries and can be at their gate tomorrow.

Buyer-side, permanently

Why "Golden Relay"

Cross-border trade is a relay: the buyer's intent, the supplier's claim, and reality at the factory gate are three different runners. Our job is to make sure the baton — verified information — is the one thing that never gets dropped between them.
